Summary

Damp, mouldy silicone around a bath can quickly become a bigger problem if left unchecked. In this empty property, we were called in to address tired, worn sealant and make sure the bathroom was ready for its next use.

The Work

Removed all old and damaged silicon sealant around the bath
Carefully renewed the bath seal with a clean, watertight finish
Removed and realigned the door handle and mechanism for smooth operation

The Outcome

The bath now has a crisp, reliable seal that helps prevent leaks and water damage. With the fresh sealant and properly aligned door handle, the bathroom is ready for new occupants and daily use.
